Nearly 60 years ago, our journey began in the small town of Pocklington near York, where our Founder and Managing Director, Reg Bond, took the bold step of launching Bond International in 1966.
From those humble beginnings, we’ve grown into a nationwide operation, now operating from seven strategically located distribution centres serving the entire UK.
While much has changed since 1966, our vision has stayed the same: to be the go-to tyre wholesale.
With 59 years of industry experience, deep market knowledge, and a dedicated team of experts, Bond International continues to deliver trusted advice and a wide range of high-quality products to customers across the country.
Today, Bond International remains a proudly family-run business, now led by Reg’s sons – Charlie Bond (CEO) and Greg Bond (Purchasing Director). While our roots are firmly grounded in family values, the company has grown to employ over 1,000 dedicated team members, each playing a vital role in the Bond International community.
Following a management buyout in 2019, Charlie Bond and Greg Bond established a new Board of Directors - blending experienced internal talent with carefully selected new recruits. Each member was handpicked to align with the company’s values and long-term vision, ensuring the leadership team reflects both the legacy and future direction of Bond International.
